A Doorway Of Hope In Uncertain Times

When I was about 10 years old, my parents' friends, who were enthusiastic about Amway, decided to hold a presentation at our home. They were eager to showcase the products and the business opportunity it offered. As a curious child, I could sense the potential and benefits of this form of business and marketing, but the intricacies of the business plan were beyond my comprehension at that age. Despite my young age, I managed to persuade my dad to join, driven by my belief in the products and their potential.

However, as time passed and I entered adulthood, I found myself encountering various other MLM companies. Intrigued by their promises of financial success and personal growth, I joined a few, hoping to replicate the success stories I had heard. Yet, I quickly became disillusioned by the complex business plans and the negative responses I received from friends and acquaintances. The pressure to view every person as a potential prospect for a business opportunity felt artificial and disingenuous to me, leading me to distance myself from network marketing for many years.

Then, in 2022, something unexpected happened. A small bottle of Golden Drops caught my attention as it appeared on my Facebook feed. Mesmerized by its promise of containing a potent natural anti-inflammatory, (curcumin, from turmeric), I couldn't help but inquire further. Previous experiences with curcumin products had left me underwhelmed, so I was naturally skeptical.  Part 1

If you don’t have health, material wealth means little.

You have heard it often: Even with all the money in the world, if you don’t have health you have nothing. I believe this is true but it appears that many have forgotten or elected to ignore this fact. The reason we (the musketeers with heart) created this blog is to encourage, educate and inspire others to take back control of their health.

Look at all the chronic debilitating diseases and all the cancers affecting us today. This is not a normal part of ageing. It is the result of years of living an unhealthy lifestyle. We know that cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, weight problems and cancers do not develop overnight. These illnesses are the result of years of neglect that the body is unable to deal with.

Why is it that we invest so much time and effort into creating financial wealth but we don't invest the same amount of time and effort into ensuring that we are well from a health perspective?

In our fast-paced society we have instant access to information and we have come to expect that our problems will be solved almost immediately. We have come to expect the same in relation to our health.

If we develop a symptom, we take a pill. If an organ becomes diseased, we cut it out. We sometimes forget that all of our organs are vital so we need to keep them inside our bodies!

Symptoms are built-in warning systems. Allergic reactions are warning symptoms.

We need to pay attention to them when they first occur. A most common example is chest pain. This is a warning sign for heart disease. When it occurs we must look at our lifestyle because it is well known that cardiovascular disease occurs as a result of the way we eat, exercise and manage our stress.

It is also known that cardiovascular disease is not only treatable but reversible. But in order to do this we must be willing to significantly change our lifestyle. Sometimes people tell me it’s hard to do all the things I recommend. My response is it’s harder to deal with a heart attack or recover from open heart surgery! The choice is yours. You can choose to be healthy or figure out a way to get good health back once you’ve lost it, and I can guarantee you the latter is much more difficult.

Please remember it’s our right to live healthy and happy. It is not our destiny to grow old with sickness, chronic illness and cancer. When we live with healthy habits we grow old gracefully and fitly. Frequency of Light

In 1994, while seated in my childhood backyard, I found myself contemplating deep thoughts when a song idea suddenly emerged. 

Despite the tranquility of suburban Sydney, I grappled with feelings of invisibility and profound depression due to the traumas endured in my childhood home. Despite these challenges, I developed a heightened awareness of spirituality and reality's subtler layers. 

Years of trauma had resulted in chronic inflammation, leading me on a desperate quest for relief. My prayers were answered during a year caring for a family of Black Swans from March 2022 to March 2023. Amidst the strain, I stumbled upon a Facebook ad for a product named "Liquid Gold," promising energy, sleep improvement, and reduced inflammation. 

Intuitively drawn to it, I felt a connection, reminiscent of a poem I wrote in 1994, about moving into The Golden Age. After patiently awaiting its availability in Australia, I finally purchased my first bottle in March 2023. Experiencing a remarkable release from inflammation in just three weeks, I regretted not ordering it sooner directly from the USA when I first learned about it.

Truth is the only way to set yourself free walk on into the Golden Age
moving with your destiny.

MLM... hmm... I used to think negatively of it!

However, my perspective changed when I pondered over how big corporations advertise and rake in billions. They have employees working tirelessly for a fixed monthly income, many of whom are unsatisfied and far from financially free. Not to mention their enormous marketing budgets to push their products. I've fallen prey to their well-crafted ads myself. All that profit flows straight to the top.

Instead of MLM, I remembered the traditional way of selling: person-to-person marketing, creating/finding something and selling it to a friend or even gifting it. What's wrong with that? Absolutely nothing!

In both scenarios, most likely someone at the top will earn a hefty income. But with person-to-person marketing, individuals keep what they earn from their own efforts. So, if I invest 9-5 hours in a person-to-person marketing business, I'd undoubtedly end up with more income than most regular 9-5 jobs. Plus, I'd gain job satisfaction, empowerment, and financial freedom.

There's a negative aura surrounding MLM in the public space. However, Vidafy operates differently from your average MLM. If you simply want wholesale, you can sign up and receive discounted products. If you're interested in more, there are bonuses for your efforts. I & some friends of mine approach this with fewer deadlines and more from the perspective of wanting people to take charge of their health. We're here as a collective to support exactly that.

The Heart Knows No Limits

My journey is colourful and varied and continues to be so... I feel blessed and grateful that in my life I have followed my passions most of the time, though not always without challenges and pain.

My latest enterprise came about through the discovery of a couple of natural health supplements which have helped me recover from a number of ailments such as joint discomfort, brain fog, exhaustion, insomnia and anxiety. With a lifelong passion to help people take charge of their health, I am now sharing these products as a distributor with a small team of like-minded and entrepreneurial women. 

Studies I have undertaken include Core Energetics Body Psychotherapy, Equine Assisted Therapy, Non-Violent Communication, Heart Math, Reiki and SoulCollage®.  I had a significant growth spurt through the teachings of Christian Pankhurst from Heart IQ.

During the 80s and 90s I had the privilege to guide parents in Birth Preparation and Babyswimming classes in my business "First Breath - Waterbirth and Babyswimming". In 1992 I  travelled to Russia to attend a New Age Healing Conference where I had the pleasure of meeting with Igor Charkovsky, called by many the "father of modern waterbirth". In this decade, I was also blessed with the birth of my two beautiful and now grown up daughters. A magical and deeply fulfilling time in my life!

As a deeply spiritual (not religious) woman I am guided daily by the study and practice of the Arameic Beatitudes and Sufism. This nourishes my soul.

SoulCollage®, an intuitive and non-confrontational art therapy process for self inquiry & self expression and as a way of journaling, offers guidance with life's questions. The practise of SoulCollage® is deeply nurturing and supporting of all of who I am, so much so that I became an accredited SoulCollage® Facilitator, sharing the experience with others.

My previous work in Equine Assisted Therapy evolved to stepping back more and more, holding a safe space and allowing the horses to show the way. Since the Herd and I moved from the North Coast of NSW to the New England Tablelands, together we are now delving deeper into Animal Communication. 

June 2017 saw me in Botswana on an Animal Communication Safari with world renowned animal communicator Anna Breytenbach. Upon my return, friends and clients would ask keenly: "How was it? What did you learn?"

I did not find it easy to capture the essence of my experience and learning in words until I came to the chapter on 'Extraordinary Sensing' in "The Sufi Book of Life - 99 Pathways of the Heart for the Modern Derwish" by Neil-Douglas-Klotz which suggests that extra-sensory abilities are not miraculous, they are completely natural. They are one of the pathways of the heart, reminding us of our connection to Source. By integrating them into our lives we contact the place in us where Source opens our inner senses to the subtle activities of the divine life all around. Let the heart be like an empty mirror.

From other readings I have also come to understand that native cultures do not have a special word for intuition or psychic abilities as they are considered innate to every living being. There is no need to specifically mention them.

I leave you with this:

Quantum Physics suggests that when the smallest ‘particles’ of matter are broken down even further, there exist only vast amounts of space filled with possibilities and probabilities… The universe and everything in it is holographic in nature and every single part of a hologram contains the information of the whole. When one part shifts and changes, so too must the representation of it shift and change throughout the whole hologram.

 Ancient Sufism must have held this knowledge… just have a look at the poem by Sufi mystic Shabistari:

Dive deeply into a drop of water and

a hundred oceans will flood you.

Look into a mote of dust and

a million nameless beings will jump out.

A hundred harvests rest in a germ of barley seed and

in the right light an insect wing reflects the sea.

Why be surprised?
