3 SIMPLE DAILY PRACTICES THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE
Here are 3 simple daily practices that take 10mins (in total). It doesn’t matter which order you do them in but the key is consistency. I do mine in the morning and sometimes I even repeat them at night. If you are unwell start slowly and build up to the recommended repetitions. I love Dr Nickelston’s admonition to ‘stop chasing pain’ so if you are feeling any pain, ‘stop’, rest, and remember to always breathe through all the movements. Sometimes there is a detox reaction, again slow down, be kind to yourself but don’t give up. Acknowledge yourself for what you can and are able to do and come back to the practice another time/day. You’re on your way to better health, vitality and a greater sense of wellbeing and yes, this takes the willingness to push past resistance, whether mental mind chatter, physical discomfort or emotional fluctuations.
